Shipping Policy

All shipping is conducted through USPS. Allow for 1-2 business days in order for your item to be processed. Items shipped with tracking will be posted. Tracking takes 24-48 hours to be posted.

Return & Exchange Policy

Lily Linko boxes of all sizes are “final sale” . However, if items in box are damaged (Broken, spilled, leaking, etc.) Damaged Items can be refunded or exchanged at no cost to you. Candles and wax melts cannot be returned.
